Du coeur au ventre

A magazine show that reveals the hidden gems of locally-produced Quebec food, as well as the artisans who work so hard to create them. Host Daniel Pinard takes us on a captivating journey across Quebec to meet today’s most innovative creators of exciting new food products. He helps them share their passion for what they do, which matches his own: to practice responsible, smart, Earth-friendly agriculture that respects both the people who buy local products (and eating healthy) as well as the animals and land that sustain it. Each episode features a local food producer and the fruit of his labours, following which Daniel Pinard invites viewers into his kitchen for mouth-watering cooking and sparkling banter. Recipes that are 100% healthy, affordable and quick, made with local ingredients and served with pizzazz, humour and love.
